Dean R. Halper, Esq.
A graduate of John Marshall Law School and a practicing lawyer for over 30 years, Dean Halper has the experience and expertise to help guide you through your legal matter. He is a member of both the Florida and New York Bar, specializing in Estate Planning, Contracts, Probate and Real Estate matters. He is also a member of the US District Court Southern District of Florida.
John W. Rundell, Esq.
A graduate of St. Thomas Law School, Mr. Rundell focuses on Family Law and is an authorized advocate within the 15th Judicial Circuit Dependency system providing court appointed representation to those in need. John has extensive knowledge in this field having formerly worked for both the Office of Regional Criminal and Civil Conflict (ORCC) and as an advocate attorney for the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) program.
Richard E. Mirsky, Esq
Rick Mirsky is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and received his B.S. degree from Florida International University in 1987. He has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1993 and is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court.
